We started by specializing in natural stone countertops but quickly expanded into tile, sinks, flooring, and cabinetry as we noticed client demand grow. Recently, we even began offering design services directly in the client’s home.
Of course, we’re not done enhancing our services. Currently, we are working towards adding an interactive call center to our showroom to better meet client needs. With this call center, we will be able to address client questions and feedback in a timely manner. It can even help streamline the installation process, as clients can use the call center while installers are in their houses. They will not have to submit a ticket and wait for days before receiving a response if an issue arises. Our call center will provide an effective solution instantaneously.
The call center isn’t the only innovation on the horizon for our bathroom and kitchen remodeling company in Harrisburg, PA, and the surrounding areas.
